A new mobile web browser is coming to your Android smartphone today. Google announced its very own Google Chrome web browser is being ported over to all Android devices running that latest version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich. On top of that, Chrome Beta is only available is certain countries (including the U.S., phew!). Continue reading →
Best Buy Survey Hints at New Apple iTV Specs
Best Buy customers have been tipping off The Verge about a new survey that Best Buy has been pushing out. What makes this survey stand out compared to other, more annoying surveys is that it asks strangely specific questions about Apple’s rumored HDTV. It even goes as far as listing specs, such as 1080p resolution with iCloud integration. Whether or not you believe the details, it still makes you wonder what Best Buy is trying to accomplish by sending out this survey. Continue reading →
Western Digital My Book Live Review
MyBook Live is one of Western Digital’s network drives that not only claims to back up multiple PCs or Macs on your network, but also becomes your personal cloud. This is something not even Apple’s Time Capsule can do, while a decent wireless router and backup, Time capsule doesn’t play nice with digital content and sharing, and for the price you pay (close to $400) you would expect more. MyBook Live seems to be the answer to powerful back up and local network sharing. Continue reading →

App Review: Google Voice for Android

I’ll go over my favorites that can be performed with the Android app in this article, but feel free to cover others in the comments if I’ve missed any. Also feel free to ask questions and I’ll do my best to answer them. Continue reading →

They announced an update to iBooks with new interactive books, a brand new authoring tool called iBooks Author, and a new iTunes U app for iOS devices. But we’re not here to talk about what Apple announced at their event today or the other things that everyone seems to be talking about. Instead, we’re going to take a trip back in time to the mid-1980′s when Steve Jobs left Apple and was just 90 days into his next big company called NeXT. Continue reading →
